Conditions to obtain a grant of training

- to be national to a country taking part in the Socrates program (see the list below)
- to teach one of the official languages of the European Union (in fact French) to the adults or the school ones
- to be training teachers or inspector-adviser in the curricular area of the languages

- the 25 Member States of the European union : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
- countries of the European economic area: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway -
associated countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey

Registration procedure preliminary to the training course for teachers

1. Fill out the regsitration form and return it to ABM.
We then send a provisional certificate of registration to you which will enable you to require your grant. In any event, the provisional certificate of regsitration is not worth for final regsitration.

2. Contact your National Agency Socrates in order to obtain a request form for your grant.

3. Send your request for a grant to your National Agency. Attention with the time limits! You near your Agency in your country inform.

4. Inform ABM as soon as you obtain a response of your Agency.

5. The registration will become final within the limit of the places available, with reception of the payment of the installment, provided that it reaches us at the latest 12 days before the beginning of the training course.
