Presentation
 
This 1 or 2 weeks program included General French lessons in the mornings and cooking workshops in the afternoons to discover French and regional gastronomy, Under the guidance of a professional chef and using local seasonal produce bought in open markets participants will learn how to make typical French dishes.
Also they will have the opportunity to, taste local products and try wines from France and particularly form the region

Are included in the rates 2008: 15 hours French courses per week, 2 cooking courses per week (for each cooking session the length is 4 hours + around 2 hours for the meal : production of meals with starter, main course and pudding including aperitif, wines and coffee), the programme of culinary-related activities as specified in the program (tastings, visits, meetings, conference, workshop), transportation for the visits, documents teaching and use of the course book, the chef’s cookery book , the lesson of introduction to wine-tasting, an aperitif of reception and end of stay, a guided tour of Montpellier, a French film in DVD per week, the professional insurance of responsibility.

Are not included in the rates 2008:
the program of Saturday (visit to a local market to discover the local products followed by a cooking lesson), the gourmet diners on the days 5 and 12, health insurance and personal liability cover, Activities of cultural and leisures with supplement.
