The participants have the possibility to participate to an initiation to wine tasting conducted by a professional wine expert including different aspects :
- discovering the characteristics of the best French wines.
- the history of wine.
- the vocabulary of wine. How to describe and analyse wine.
- understanding the production and processing of wine.
- knowing the wine lands, the grapes and the different brands etc.
Extra activities proposed about wine arts :
- a visit to winery
- a visit to a wine-producing property (2 hours, transportation by car or coach - organised by ABM)
- an outing to a local market or wine fair
